A striking and unique cocktail created in the mountains of Peru. It is said that it was inspired by the monumental Incan ruins of Machu Pichu.

Ingredients
2 oz. Pisco Viejo Tonel Quebranta
½ oz. grenadine syrup
1 oz. crème de menthe
4 oz. orange juice
Preparation
1. Serve orange juice in a tall flute glass with 6 ice cubes
2. Carefully add grenadine syrup on the inside edge of the glass allowing it to settle on the bottom
3. Stir pisco and crème de menthe in a mixer
4. Add slowly over a spoon on top of the drink
