A wonderful variation on the mint julep, this cocktail originated in northern Peru. Best concocted with non-carbonated water due to use of mango nectar.

2 oz. Pisco Viejo Tonel Quebranta
2 oz. mango nectar
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
1. Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup
2. Add other ingredients and stir
3. Serve in a glass with ice, top with water
4. Garnish with mint leaves
