A delightful and refreshing cocktail originating in southern Peru. Best served during barbeques or days at the pool or beach.

Ingredients

1½ oz. Pisco Viejo Tonel Italia
1¼ oz. watermelon liqueur
½ oz. simple syrup
6 cubes watermelon

Preparation

1. Mix ingredients in a cocktail mixer
2. Shake vigorously with 6 ice cubes
3. Strain and serve in a frosted glass
