This cocktail uses one of the most favored and exquisite fruits from ancient Greece and Rome. Besides its excellent antioxidant content, pomegranate juice has a distinct and complex flavor that matches well with Italia Pisco.

Ingredients

2 oz. Pisco Viejo Tonel Italia
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. tangerine juice
½ oz. simple syrup

Preparation

1. Mix ingredients in cocktail shaker with five ice cubes
2. Shake well
3. Strain into frosted martini glass
